Hey there, I’m Kate, proud owner of The Do Ranch! Before saddling up here, I spent almost 10 years in the corporate salon world running the show as a salon manager , and a District Leader, creating social media playbooks, and even traveling as an Artistic Educator for Matrix. Along the way, I had the joy of meeting amazing people and learning from some of the best in the industry. After years of the big corporate ride, I took the leap and opened my very first little salon just me, my chair, and a whole lot of dreams. That small start gave me the courage to build something bigger, and in July 2025, The Do Ranch was born. Now, The Do Ranch isn’t just a salon it’s a place where good hair days meet good vibes, and every guest feels like part of the herd.
